Listen to podcasts, follow people that are doing the business on social media and engage with their content, watch Youtube videos, read books on mindset (self-development +real estate +business).

Maybe saying no overnight guests, no marijuana consumption, no disturbing music/TV past 8pm, ect. 

I have read a few BiggerPockets books and indulge as much as possible in podcasts, this website, YouTube videos, etc... in order to learn as much as possible about this industry.

Go on youtube and start there, learn what you can for free.  

I just listened to a David Tilney YouTube video talking about Master Leases.

I'm also making regular video updates about the projects on my YouTube channel.

I have always had an interest in real estate, but I just recently began to listen to BiggerPockets on YouTube and I think I found my passion.

I have been hearing a lot about the DISC personality assessment on several podcasts and YouTube videos and I'm still not sure exactly what it does.

I think Jeff from Homerenovision was on the podcast and he has an youtube episode out for Texans to help mitigate damage - search homerenovision keep your house from flooding on youtube.
