The rental business is like every other business in the world where the business owners try to get as much money as possible for their products and services.

She is a very heavy 65-year old woman and for some reason I never worried about her paying and if she never paid it would not be the end of the world since we have many tenants.

I'm in San Jose and I rent a 4 bd for $3450 and invest in RE elsewhere, but part of my master plan is to retire in 2027 and get the heck out of here and travel the world a bit.

You can't force the whole world to get a vaccine and even if they did, they would still have the ability to carry and transmit the virus to you.Isn't that information of value? 

All they do is selling rental units and, clearly, if you buy enough of those units, you can live off the rents as you can anywhere else in the world.

I would be 1000% grateful for any assistance or guidance to starting out in this fantastic yet confusing world/venture!

A high percent of what people teach would work in a perfect world, but we don't live in a perfect world.Most real estate books are a pure waste of time.
