Hello, I’m have plans to remodel the basement in my house and rent it out. but before making any major renovations, I thought it would be a good idea to ask in here if anyone in the Cobb county area in GA has done this before?

Because we were out of market, I decided not to sell myself (as a licensed broker), and instead, rely on the local professionals.

If not, they get fined. 

Offering on a fresh listing wasn’t the best approach in this case.

What are your go-to tools for investing in this booming market?

They already did the title work when i got it originally, I'm not asking for an increase or anything.

I just wasn’t sure about the process or if I’m better off just not doing this. 

Due to the 5 figure cost to cancel we'll have to stick it out until contracts expire.
