Hello all you amazing people,In the process of trying to use creative financing I continuously run into the situation of realtors not believing that Subject To and Seller Financing are legal.Any ideas where I might be able to find legal proof that these are allowed in KY?

I would start talking to cash buyers and asking them where they have been getting their deals

I guess I should just talk to a lawyer and see what makes the most sense. 

The debt is minor. (7k) the equity built was about 40k. 3 I have talked to some lenders who are willing to lend up to 80 against investment properties.

Today’s economic news…heck…economic news for the last several months seem to continually be “worse than expected”.

I would also continually watch the market in your target area to get a better feel for what is selling, what features are important, and how long houses are sitting on the market. 

Odds are, you would come out ahead by paying to have it managed and just continuing to work. 

We are looking to continue to buy up there since the price points are lower and insurance doesn't seem to be as strict in GA like here in FL.And remember, "The best time to buy a house was 20 years ago, the second best time is now!"
