I'm certainly well versed on what delivers a good return, and I use software to aggregate STR rental bookings to quickly analyze potential properties.I'm thinking of starting a meetup group specifically oriented to this for the purposes of networking in 2022, I'll keep you posted about this.

It's odd, for sure.Perhaps her software system doesn't allow her to easily pay taxes and/or cut checks.
