Rich, do you still deal in Real Estate in Las Vegas?

One day when I am rich I can cut back on my work and stop and smell the roses a little.

Fortunately I had good communication with the seller who alerted me about this.

It's just that with all the 'dearest friend Jason' emails i have been getting from foreign countries with foreign bank leaders promising me a settlement of my rich uncle's oil fields in foreign countries makes me more nervous than ever.

That was a red flag-he has a website that allows you to list as much info as possible, and supposedly will communicate via email on the progress of the deal.

Some books I enjoyed include "The unofficial guide to real estate investing" (Kind of dry though) real estate riches by dolf de roos, and the ABC's of RE investing by ken mcelroyI have an audio CD thing from Robert Shemin which in my opinion is absolutely fantastic - especially with negotiation skills.

i read a book recently 'inc and get rich' and it seemed to love corps in general but did not mention a whole lot about why llc's might be good for real estate in particular...i think LLS is the way to go i would just like to read it for myself...
