Now I don't have either of these in my personal home, but when I am surfing homes to stay in in the Smokies and practically every home has these amenities, yours sticks out like a soar thumb. 

I'm planning on relocating in the next few months and wanted to get some ground work laid out prior to arriving.

Generally, most of the 2 to 4 units on the market in LA have long term tenants that are paying way below market rent and comes with rent control... so you could be looking at relocating the current tenants and also repair and renovate once they move out.

Lets say the neighbor had nothing to do with your landlord , when you relocate just remember , the landlord is not responsible for your safety , thats all up to you

Are you in private practice, a staff position somewhere or both?

Perhaps not a common practice but there were my eyes and ears and I trusted their judgement to handle and manage accordingly.

Can you pitch a target market as a standard of practice?
