I understand landlords have to prove they actually had $10.00 a day late charge in court or risk treble damages if you try and take it from the security deposit in court.

In most places the public records show both the property address and the owner's address.

I have not secured any office space in a high traffic location but I do have a couple of warehouses that can be used if it comes down to it.
