And there is no question and it took me a few years to realize that some of the folks on this site just cut and paste for the pure reason to run up post counts you can identify them by 1k posts and 32 votes LOL.. then U have others that have 1k posts and 3k votes thats quality content in my mind.For me personally bottom line its a social thing and i guess I am one of the ones that like to talk..

Either way, I would try to just educate and coach people as much as possible to get there courage up but it is very tough to get people over analysis paralysis sometimes its awesome that u would do this for someone whos green.
