We've heard from numerous locals as to the underlying reason for their bold action against us but, again, it was not part of our lawsuit.I really appreciate your comments but our business is what it is - legal, appreciated and appropriate to cater to a large underserved monied part of the population. 

If it's Starbucks though I know I am getting paid for full primary lease term and even if they close the place they will pay rent to me so I am okay giving the full fee to leasing broker once they are open and operating.No legal advice given.
