My wife is a school teacher and it looks like school will be closed for the rest of the year. 

There’s a lot of us out there who are about to graduate, maybe we have some cash saved in the bank, but we’re all scared, looking for jobs, and not sure if we should be buying right now, or even if we could get a mortgage right now.Do you have any advice for us?

For example, if I were designing such a model and had all the data available to me, I would include distance to a highway as a feature, school quality, or even creative variables like the count of liquor stores in close proximity, income of zip code, average age of neighbors (to know whether they're adults and poor or maybe just students)...

If it's a B or C class property in a B or C class neighborhood with low crime and acceptable schools, then I personally would expect rents to go up in Vancouver, and in Clark County as a whole.With COVID19, do you expect home prices in that neighborhood to go up or down in the next 13-24 months?

I chose this area since it's family oriented and the nearby schools are A rated.

I’ve completed 180 hours of TREC approved courses at Champions school of real estate but my state exam has been postponed due to Carona Virus.

Schools are closed and we will have several weeks of uncertainty just like the rest of the country.

THE very next day after putting on the MLS, the Covid virus became a very big concern here, restaurants were limited to 6, the next day schools and so on.
