I saw some pretty stupid comments come out of her mouth, studying witchcraft, masterbation and sex, she goes the way the wind blows and is obviously easily influenced.As to Rand, anyone who couldn't pass his professional degree and not qualify for his certification and then start his own accredidation society to achieve his goals is not the kind of personality I would want skeeming in congress passing laws that effect others.His ideas are beyond ludicrist, these pure constitutionalsits wanting to get rid of the Department of Education, etc. are doing nothing more than palying on the emotions of dim witted, uneducated, red necks who tend to vote to their aspirations rather than the reality of their poor, lower/middle income class and simply resent the fact that they will never be much more than they are, yet they will defend the thinking that benefits only the ultra-wealthy as if that will make them something, at least within their own ego.

It was older and needed to be replaced anyway, so it just got done a little sooner than expected.Three, the property received the exterior Code Compliance certificate without any out of pocket repairs!

Another thought is to attend / show up to some of the required licensing and certification classes, meet some of the folks who have kicked the can furhter down the proverbial road of licensing. 

I have 2 quick questions:1 - did you receive a Certificate of Completion (or something similar) at the end of the course?

I would fight to forcibly remove a President IF it was proven he had a forged birth certificate and was Constitutionally ineligible to be in power.

After that and an inspection by the zoning department, the fire department, and code enforcement you can apply for a new certificate of use ($100+) and then pay your business tax license ($4/unit).

I am taking the QuickBooks Advanced Online certification course and have spend over 40 hours training and taking the exam. 

So if I go to a county's website, and find an Advertised List for an upcoming Tax Certificate Sale, how then do I determine which of those properties are raw land?

I know that Maryland is strict concerning lead-paint certifications but the listing indicates "lead paint certificates on hand."  

When i looked up the liens online from the county website it shows a few tax certificate liens from previous years all the way up to 2016.
