James, most of the negotiators that we have worked with charge the Realtor a portion of their commission, as very few (if any) lenders accept a negotiation fee on th HUD.

Nothing breaks down the defense walls they put up like a camera...lol So...in a way...that one kind of did get me paid.

In Josh's defense, I worked at eBay for a couple years, and believe it or not, this part of feedback system (which they essentially pioneered online) probably added more work and risk for the company than nearly any other feature of the site.
