No one even truly can find out who owns the place because that info is in my filing cabinet in my closet at home

Nowadays, it's often easier to give a slight credit to a customer than it is to fight with them and then have them post negative information about you and your business online.

I have all the usual numbers and even the direct local number, but even though they answer, they just transfer me to the customer service rotation hell.

The property was built in 1965 so I doubt much is up to today's code underneath the house.The tenants have also admitted to standing on the counters pic in the interior but claimed they weren't jumping off of it (the countertops have come off the cabinets because of this).

Are industry professionals seeking customers doing so by paying to be here, or is it spamming?
