Especially ridiculous that this buyer's agent thinks that defects communicated verbally by an inspector can/must be treated differently than defects communicated in writing.Then again, perhaps I'm the idiot...

If a client understands the significance of this system, it can create a good form of communication as well as save both agent and client a great deal of time.

I do issue 3 days notice every single month which they would eventually comply but they take that opportunity to delay things , they rarely communicate with us if there is a delay on the payment.  

If you can communicate and understand people and the motivations behind their actions (ie. why they buy and sell, or why people tend to follow the crowd in investment choices), you are likely to see success.

We do our best to document and communicate them for full transparency.

Coordinate and communicate to both parties the closing schedule.

The proposed rules would require these intermediaries to: Provide investors with educational materials.Take measures to reduce the risk of fraud.Make available information about the issuer and the offering.Provide communication channels to permit discussions about offerings on the platform.Facilitate the offer and sale of crowdfunded securities.The proposed rules would prohibit funding portals from: Offering investment advice or making recommendations.Soliciting purchases, sales or offers to buy securities offered or displayed on its website.Imposing certain restrictions on compensating people for solicitations.Holding, possessing, or handling investor funds or securities.The proposed rules would provide a safe harbor under which funding portals can engage in certain activities consistent with these restrictions.

I simply have no way to communicate to you folks out there how this man has made an impact on my life in a matter of 4 days.

The lesson learned is: stay in control of your deal and keep an open-line of communication with the Buyer, Seller and your Closing company/Attorney.

The neighbor should be brought in on all of what you are finding out and communicated with openly.
