They are simply more sophisticated and have greater resources to conduct more thorough diligence. 

So the total amount that should be paid will be rent for remaining days in month + security depositORrent for remaining days in month + next month + deposit - I don't know when would this situation arise.

When I was first on this site I would advised against paid education, I saw it as all grossly overpriced and unecessary.

You bought this for 720k, then put in 463k, and are selling it at a huge loss for 751k?

It has a restroom with a window in it as well, but the actual room does not have a window leading to the outside (I just learned it's called egress).
