I'm looking to get into wholesaling and have a few questions about the processes needed to get the ball rolling.  

When I am asked “what is the risk,” my canned answer is ALWAYS that we have no crystal ball to predict what is going to redeem, or not, or why something will, or won’t.

Same here...trying to learn and get the ball rolling.  

I am almost tempted to low ball offer $100k or whatever it is worth just to agitate them.

@Ryan Cooper there are a few ways to get a ball park idea on what people owe on their mortgage, but they are all more or less guesstimates. 

MLS listings are sold daily on low ball offers.The trick is offering at whatever PP and proving the ability to deliver the offer at first contact.Unfortunately, many buyers' agent/brokers don't see volume to keep phone lines and cell phones busy other than socializing.  

Flipping makes your money grow faster and can get you to the point where you pay cash for properties and owe no loans on future flips and on rentals.We would use the $130K you mentioned and make it grow with flips, just like the snow ball effect. ;) 

I am determined to learn as much as I can and get the ball rolling.

Does this sound like a sound deal worth going for, and should we low-ball our first offer being that it's been on the market for so long and the pricing has dropped from the original asking price of $200k?

Move to Albany, manage my own property and potentially get the ball rolling quicker investing in the next few properties.I'd like to know if you were in my shoes what would you do?!
