@Mike Huerta - a great buyer’s agent is a great negotiator to help you win the contract when there are multiple other offers, helps you negotiate repairs, helps connect you with good value contractors, sets you up on auto emails from mls for your target areas/criteria, and shows you or your associate the property addresses you state an interest in, within a reasonable time period (usually same or next day).
