My goal is to pay down the mortgage alittle further and refinance to receive positive cash flow....current rate is 5.125I lived in northeast philadelphia my whole life....if you are thinking of moving into city, I would stick to the far northeast(Somerton, parkwood neighborhoods), university city area is nice, pockets of south philadelphia is being rehabbed and occupied by young professionals, the same with northern liberties...Unless you need to live in the city to be closer to work or are dead set on just living in the city....I think you're better off living in West Chester....
