No, they are not always "accurate and reliable" but most of them are not legal contracts, so it may not matter.If you're looking for a legal document, like a lease agreement, then you can search the internet and piece one together or even write one from scratch, but you should absolutely take it to a well-qualified attorney and have it reviewed/approved for use.If you're just talking about notices and letters (e.g. application approved) or something that is not a legal contract, then it should be fine to use someone else's example.

Louis anyway.Yes, it does not seem to exist...maybe just in the mind of some writer.People complain about Fake News---Maybe this is just that.Some SJW's attempt to get people to file lawsuits against Owners in hopes of a thousand dollar payoff--by writing a Fake story.I wonder who that lady really is in the pic.

I was thinking that my wife and I would start an LLC, a management company) to self-manage our (future) STRs - that way we could justify writing off purchasing/paying for anything needed for our STRs, etc.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it.We have a 12 page management contract that we've added our real experiences to over the years, with the intent of protecting both us AND the landlord.
