I own a sfr with my parents that I’ve lived in for over 1 year. All three of us are on title and mortgage.

My focus has transitioned to buying large properties to enable me to scale quicker.

Transitional neighborhood - borderline D/C class neighborhood.

I’ve been managing my property myself but need to transition over. 

This transition took place as I was preparing to buy my next house hack 18 months after I originally closed.

I am transitioning into real estate and getting my real estate license over the next couple months.

Your numbers sound great and with just a basement pulling in $2000 that gives me some confidence if I try to be particular on the location, especially close to the metro while being accessible by public transit to the nearby university. 

I'm transitioning to another W2 but slightly more flexible.

I'm considering transitioning to part-time in 2023.
