I would start to see if your local high school, middle school etc have any teachers or people teaching business.

Negotiation is huge in any business, so I was just curious to see if there were any courses. 

Come meet 10 to 20 other local Real Estate investors at different levels in their businesses.

I think the biggest thing is coming off as a business person who can provide value to buyers and sellers.

Just good ethics and business.
