This was a minimal concession, but I still thought the deal was good enough that i didn't want to walk away and let someone else have it.

They are expensive (don’t be fooled by the sticker price, on a per/lb basis all packaged and prepared foods are expensive) and are well…full of crap.

Also the owners and long term minded which are easier to work with and are guests are overall more satisfied.I am curious to hear other's comments and thoughts overall and in their specific markets!
