I'm originally from Everett, WA and enjoy learning and trying new things like real estate, new technologies like blockchain and data science, and anything aerospace like rockets, planes, etc.As far as real estate experience goes, I've worked on a couple of flips in Eastern Washington doing renovations with a couple business partners and it has reminded me of how much I enjoy working with my hands!

I'm doing my research on which areas to target where I wont have much difficulty finding tenants, AirBnb's, etc.   

In fact, if for some reason you wanted to stay licensed in both states, you'd still only have the same $85/month technology/training fee and a single cap, regardless of how many states you are licensed in.  

By the way, for those of you that worry about property management... if you have the right strategies in place and buy at the right areas, it's not that difficult.   I
