There is no underlying value add proposition to move and sustain a higher earnings or market valuation.  

I really was worried that people would think that what I accomplished by August of 2017 would get people to think that it was something for nothing, instantaneous gratification, diseased type communications would follow.Mindy convinced me and rightly so, that my story would resonate with many many people that were in the same situation as I was, before I started to invest in rental properties.
