Trying to remember back to your BP podcast but seem to remember you doing some work up in Andover and that area (I grew up with Boxford so know Andover / NA pretty well and surprised to hear there are "flippable" properties over there).

I see folks liked your post, no surprise here.I don't disagree with you, as long as they have a good deal for you, you don't mind paying for it.What is the deal is when the wholesaler starts digging further into an owner's equity through unethical or illegal tactics to pad their pocket for much more than they brought to the table or more than they are really worth as a facilitator to a transaction.
