In our scenario we buy the property under "123 Main Street Land Trust," If we are splitting all costs 50/50 - Cash out of Pocket, Loan (if there is one), Renovation Costs, Soft Costs (insurance, architecture, permits), etc., my LLC is 50% beneficiary, my partner's LLC is 50% beneficiary.

Hi guys,I live in a nice neighborhood but unfortunately some people started renting a home near us and it has gotten really bad.People are living in the garage and inside the home and there is nearly 10 cars on the street including our space in front of our house.

Imagine what would happen by Super Bowl next year.I think that the current home prices in Pittsburgh are somewhat artificial due to the recent Beltline announcements and the proximity to downtown...I mean man, prices have literally shot up $130k on some streets in one year there.

I checked on my property's address on google and found two issues:1.They were using a google street image view of the property pre-renovation with crumbling stucco and all as the first image on Zillow, Trulia, etc.
