Hello,We recently rented a warehouse space for storage purposes.  

Is renting out a condo feasible or should I stick with my plan of building enough equity through flipping to be able to rent out a SFR?

.- The house has a detached 2 floor storage unit that could very well be rehabilited into a studio or 1 bedroom.

See if there are any value adds like storage space you can put up, or maybe something like in unit laundry.

No AC...lol a landlords dream.Simply put not even feasible where the OP is buying.

One that I didn't see listed is additional income that can be extracted from a property (laundry, parking, storage, etc).

@Michael RossierThousands is feasible, let's assume that laundry is connected to a non-conforming unit, as well.

To replace all of the parts except the storage tank would cost less than $200, and only $40 for what I need to replace now.Am I missing something?
