@Dale Miller It seems meager, but you are likely out of luck if there is chipped or peeling paint...especially if you are working with a sh&t lender like Huntington...in general, I would say you move forward with what you specified in your offer or default...If I was the seller and you switched I would likely cancel the contract...FHA is a huge pain in the ***.
