You need to keep it cut better "the neighbors are complaining".Then ask is everything alright with the property, anything needing fixing, (any broken screens) and leave it at that.Then in 2 weeks if it's not cut, go knock on the door and tell him the same thing.If its still tall after that think about replacing the tenant.Just don't go in with a laundry list of ToDo's for him.

Still, somehow, magically people show up to tours with three pit bulls despite the fact I noted at the top and bottom of my listing the screening criteria that includes this, AND I mention it in email before booking an appointment, getting them to acknowledge they meet the screening criteria.
