Can you do walkthroughs with video/pics?

It was a lot harder and I wouldn't have recommended it in the past as you needed to either have an account with Leader Bank to make an EFT transfer for deposit unless you wanted to scan and upload a check - which was miserable.

If I was to design furnishes, it would be leather and dogs playing poker, with some John Wayne pics, lol. 

Then I add the details of that one specific campaign to the app (date sent, lists sent to, mailpiece type like postcard or yellow letter, pic of mailpiece to show colors and content).

Even though “it depends” is obviously the most accurate answer, I believe that the 15% rule of thumb is the best heuristic to use to scan STR deals.

I was thinking more on the lines of pooling some finances together to obtain a property but, do you have pics of the property you are referring to?
