In the REI space, I'm willing to bet that we're probably one of the rare few sites that don't hawk your info.

I bet you could get more bang for the buck with some good trim/shutter paint and landscaping.

When we get offended - that is to say taken out of a positive mindset ubruptly - we begin to have a less that positive outlook.We ended the discussion having decided that the best bet is to compliment other houses in the neighborhood.

In Montreal there are still areas where you can bet on appreciation, but it will be harder to have a good cash flow. 

@Jimmy ChinHI JimmyYou can send a threatening certified letter from your attorney telling him you are going to seek someone else to finish job and he will be billed for work.You are in a tough spot, and I bet most people on BP have been in the same predicament, including me.  

@Dusty Bowlingdid a great job with 13 flips in a year, but as he said, he has been doing this for 10 years, and I bet he already has systems in place, and relationships with Realtors, contractors, title companies, etc. 

Reaching out to a qualified broker is your best bet both in terms of providing guidance and shopping your quote for the best rate (which may come from a different provider each year).

This is your best bet to start is to network as best you can with people actively working in your area and get their thoughts.
