Now if you need me to turn a wrench, set up structure in an environment and do admin work - that's me.  

Since it is very regulated there, I am targeting condo-hotels.

We came out of another environment with complicated tenant management software, and it was always a battle cleaning up mistakes made by employees, especially if there was high turnover in a position.

I've heard that retail may have some leasing regulations by the city that warehouse may not have.
