Do they receive the difference in sale price once the foreclosure auction/REO sale goes through?

I’ve received a few quotes hovering around 12k to replace 90 feet and it seems high.

We haven’t received a copy of the term notice signed by the seller for us to provide to our lawyer in order to receive our earnest money back.

I received estimates from residential window manufactures ranging from $40 to $76k for 25 windows.

Any posts or forums I should pay special attention to?

We received our counter offer, and we're in the ballpark, but now REALLY wish we had an experienced investor to check our assumptions.
