Reading back over my post I realize how bad it sounds especially toward section 8 tenants.  

I have read many books on real-estate investing over the past few years and talk with people in the field whenever I have the opportunity.

The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Wholesaling is a good read if you haven't gone through it.

Thoughts/feedback/advice?

From what I read here on BP I think of OH as somewhat liberal and anti business or at least anti creative investor.
