Educating a borrower may have little financial reward initially, but it can be rewarding in public perception which by the way can be very valuable.

People who are buying there are either doing major re-positioning - i.e total renovation of building or space and/or betting on huge appreciation.

I really want to make this public so other people won't fall into the same trap

I try to avoid additions if possible and if rooms are small and choppy I might remove them as part of the usable living space when I am trying to analyse what I have as living space.

For instance: If I had 15 ft of counter space at $36 a linear ft that was 2 feet deep would cost me $540.

What keeps bringing me back to homes and apts is I love to renovate living space its my 1st love.

A good LLC won't have any info publicly about the owners.
