So I doubt that if I paid the $100 to have an inspection done(nonrefundable), that I would even be able to pass.Apparently this policy change is due to a change in the FCRA (Federal Credit Reporting Act), which then impacted TransUnion's policy -- previously, they were the only one out of the three major agencies that would allow landlords to pull credit reports without doing an inspection of their facilities.

There are far more real estate millionaires that started with nothing, than corporate millionaires that started with nothing.I like that you dont need a college education, you dont need to have the highest GPA, you can make it in real estate if you were raised by wolves under the shed in the back yard.

One technique for a new person in the business is to explain that they are new in the business, working thru college, paying for xyz to help out xyz, and are glad that they are starting out work with nice honest people like........yaddi, yaddi, ya.....After the story next is qualify....who, what, why, how come, how many, when, why not, ect.... this is where you gather all the info on the transaction you catch my drift.Next land Note: during the landing stage is where you begin to propose the offer, this is the same place where you remind them about all the bad stuff wrong with the house.Next is the Close....later got to go to work
