Lending Provide a copy of the contract to your lender so they have the material terms of the agreement.

I know flooring materials are realistically about $2.50 and I know with demo and haul off costs, let’s toss in $0.50 and so now I know my flooring costs are $5.00 per foot.

You can demonstrate this with a professional looking package that describes you, your qualifications, your team and, very specifically, the kinds of deals you want to buy.
