This being my third flip I am feeling pretty good going into it, and feel that my organization/planning skills are vastly improved from the early days.

Entry investment level is not set in stone, but a ballpark of 50k is comfortable for us in order to 'get a feel' and continue from there.

Getting a digest emailed to me a few times a month is much easier.Don't forget to get involved in your local veteran's networking and business organizations as well.

Church/ house of worship financing has become extremely challenging for many organizations.

Class 49, limited liability company or limited liability partnership broker, is for the member or manager of a brokerage operating under one of these types of organizations.
