Due to mental illness, [FIRST NAME] has certain limitations regarding [SOCIAL INTERACTION/COPING WITH STRESS/ANXIETY, ETC].

She also had a mentally handicapped adult child and a son who never married. 

Honestly it seems like she has some mental health issues that I cant exactly pinpoint.

Self management takes a lot of mental energy and not worth it for everyone.

Hopefully the daughter is mature enough to see the condition of her mom's mental state (not in denial) and help in getting her to a more appropriate dwelling.Whatever you do, DON'T GIVE UP!!!  

This will take a lot of sacrifice, or after a year you should be nearing 50k, which is probably enough for a down payment on a house in a college town.It sounds like you are mentally on a good path. 

Has anyone ever done section 811 tenants (mentally challenged) wondering how to get your rental on front of the governing agencies?

We like helping seniors or mentally disabled people in group homes.

Also, I believe that many people were in my position and did not make a very high W2 earned income and from what people have told me here, by message, text, and on the phone that I have been an inspiration to change the way they look at things, so the things they look at may change right before their eyes.I don't offer something for nothing, instantaneuos gratification, or diseased mentality.
