I can bring coffee or 5 hour energy :) I want to work with someone who knows what they are looking for and I want to be able to practice my skills with someone who isn't a novice. 

If you have the skill to calculate an appreciation rate and use it properly then there is no speculation.  

My finance job is a good skill, but it doesn't make my want to jump out of bed in the morning.I've been devouring all of the information on the forums and the podcasts, among other sources trying to get my bearings straight.  

This is not true but many people jump on expecting to use their skills in these areas.Their UGA financing network is a huge gray hole.  

When the Republican candidates talk about eliminating "deductions", they're referring to itemized (personal) deductions like contributions to charities, medical expenses, mortgage interest on a personal residence, etc.
