The only other way to do it would be to collude with the agent (illegally and immorally) to convince the Seller to drop their price so you could get a deal and then turn around and flip it without doing anything else other than bring in a buyer the agent should have been in contact with or exposing the listing to already.Care to elaborate on how you plan to create a spread on deals like this and beat out seasoned agents?
