I need to invest in marketing with wholesaling while I know can also make a profit of about $50-$150K in a single flip.

Hire someone cheap and you'll suffer for it.If you are "breaking even" after all expenses and maintenance, then you probably can't afford to pay a professional to handle the marketing and screening.

Now I see lot of people ( many on youtube) are suggesting that housing market is progressing towards a recession/ correction/crash and prices are going to fall soon.

There is always this question that is debated of "What's the best market to invest in if you are investing out of state?"  

You can't do a double closing because you can't market the property or contract prior to owning it.You can buy the property then market it.You could also get owner financing for 60 to 90 days and then market the property for sale.
