Having said that, once your LLC is established (owns real property, pays bills) it will begin to be able to stand on it's own.Frustrating as it may be, your personal credit will be a factor in your real estate business unless you can completely avoid the need to use a bank/mainstream mortage or loan, or credit cards.

Normally, they want to foreclose, and then list it with their chosen RE Agency and hope for a better deal than you will give them now.
