That made me question what I thought about agents - when I asked him what the difference was between him and the 100 other agents I sold BMW's to over the years, he replied "Most agents are lazy and reactive and that he was proactive and found his own business."

The title companies that the auction sites and many banks (when dealing with REOs) use will basically do a poor job of clearing the title, essentially putting exclusions into the title policy to cover anything they are too lazy to clear in the chain of title.

You might get privacy from the curious but lazy.

His property manager tells him its rented at "market rates" but I suspected the property manager is out of touch with current rates, and/or lazy.

I would stay an hour late past closing by myself to fix other lazy coworkers messes and straighten up and put tires away and clean up, then show up two minutes late the next day and get screamed at for it even after pointing out all the help I did the night before.

It depends is a lazy answer in my opinion.
