Hi all,How much should it cost a plumber to re-plumb kitchen so that dishwasher hookup is under the sink?

A decision was reached where I only had to file plans for what I have, take out the bathtub and kitchen appliances, which cost me $6K including expeditor fees and drafting plans.

I lived here roughly one year and have done substantial work to the property including a kitchen & bathroom remodel and all new windows throughout.

Again the vacant Unit was already nice, but there were just some things missing, like the prior owners replaced the kitchen countertop, but left the cabinets as they were. 

We meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Custom Kitchens & Baths by Design in La Plata (next to Apple Spice Junction).  

Say you want a $15/sf tile, or a 50k kitchen cabinet, or a 80k bathroom jacuzzi, or 600/faucet, that will eventually change things over. there is no real way of telling, they vary too much.

We added a florida room and deck in the rear to capitalize on the awesome view, then proceeded to fully replace the kitchens, baths, and convert a family room into a master suite.

The units themselves look good: kitchens, bathrooms, garaged, in unit washer/dryer, central AC, a little yard, within a mile of shopping.

Its often the difference between a Kitchen and a Kitchenette which seems a big deal to inspectors hereBy the way, roommates are perfectly legal, nothing to stop you from renting a single house and the roommates having an understanding of who occupies where. 

For example, I gutted the kitchen, ripped out 1950s plaster down to the studs and was too cheap to buy a dumpster.
