It's built to the ICC residential code, just like a site built home and after it's installed it's deeded with the county as a "single family home" not a manufactured or mobile.

Even home depot can give you a price on installing a kitchen or/and bath.

There may be a hybird installment contract available that passes ownership on a restricted basis until the obligation is fully paid, the concept is to have the title restored to the seller if less than 10% of the principle has been paid with notice of default and a deed of trust provision if 10% or more has been paid.  

It's easy to install yourself and the latest stuff is durable and elegant.

Also, for repairs when was the roof installed, is the plumbing copper?
