I am very mixed with what my next steps should be, the property is a 3 hour flight from me so it is not crazy far, but I wouldn't be able to manage it on my own and would of course need a property manager.I'd love to hear from everyone to see what more experienced real estate individuals think.

@Tierra Petersen, no experience in Building an RV park, but I can tell you there is a high demand in our area for places to park RV's. 

Every individual must remember that the only person who is responsible for what takes place inside of the IRA is the account holder himself (or herself).  

Can we setup a mortgage to the LLC identifying two or four different individuals as the payee or do we need to set-up separate LLC to handle distribution to and from?

A couple properties ago we passed our very frugal freedom number, and decided that my very demanding job as an athletic director was ultimately slowing our progress down in real estate.

Granted, you can't go wrong surfing these boards while learning from some very successful individuals of course.

They were students, but I had them sign the lease jointly and severally (some landlords have students sign individual leases).

And yes, fein should suffice, i remember there was an individual service offered by www.mynewcompany.com or .net but seemed like they changed name or bought out, the logo is still the same so not sure if services changed.

Some jurisdictions do require a civil engineer for individual lot grading plans, though I am not at familiar with the process in Florida.

So there are many sites dedicated to listing all of the commercial office/retail space that is available for lease - but is there any site that allows those individuals/companies who are looking for office space to describe their needs and desired locations?
