I have gone out and done just that out here in ewa beach and found a few properties that look good (at least to my untrained eyes) ive got the addresses and the property owners names but now im stuck.At this point do i contact the owner myself and see if they are willing to sell?

If you buy a triplex and spend all your capital, Murphy's law says three months later a hot water heater will go, a refrigerator will go and the roof will start to leak in that spot the home inspector said to "keep an eye on it but it's nothing to worry about."

The point isn't to knock those who utilize the massive volume in blind offering strategy, but to show the benefit of getting into the houses yourself (or at the very least, have a guy with rehab background that can lay eyes on it for you) and being in the field.
