@Alvin Sylvain yeah it stipulates in my lease tenant is responsible for all utilities including , gas, electricity, water , all that good stuff.

Units are individually metered for gas/electric/cable. 

Copies of the last two (2) years utility bills, to include: Gas, Water, Electric, Trash.

and other holding costs (like cost of insuring the house, cost of water/electric/gas, etc).By doing it this way, NONE of the money comes from your pocket.
